I attempted to sell a property myself approx 10 years ago, with no success! I fell for all the tricks of the real estate agents and in the process lost money! Not this time around! So far this year we have successfully sold 2 properties (both above listed price) with the help of Ian Schiach of North Coast Property Sales, and we have another to go!
 
The professional assistance and the level of customer service provided by Ian is second to none. Ian went absolutely out of his way to ensure this process was as easy & stress-free for us as possible. Ian provided us with great information and fantastic mentoring and we knew he was only a phone call away. Apologies for the delay in dropping you this line. Moving is b..... and its taken me this long to recover. Quite literally as I wrecked my back humping furniture. Finally fixed via multiple visits to my local friendly chiropractor.

We've only moved as far as Grafton for the time being as we had a few loose ends to tie up before ultimately moving back to Queensland. Renting a very nice place just out of town on the Armidale road, about a k and a half before the Glenreagh turnoff. So if you're up this way it'd be nice to see you - and we may very well give you a buzz when we're in Coffs which does happen occasionally.

Anyway Ian we really did appreciate all your help in selling the place in Lawrence and keeping us out of the clutches of those hungry - and almost entirely useless - Real Estate Agents. You saved us a lot of money and there's also the satisfaction of knowing that we didn't need them. The bottom line is that we were able to drop the price a little, to the point at which buyers became interested, without reducing our own net proceeds. In other words eliminating the agent's commission enabled us to market the property at its true value without the addition of an unrealistically valued "sales component". This component will become increasingly unrealistic as buyers become more aware that there are website like yours which offer all the necessary information without the price tag.

We hope your business continues to reap all the rewards that you deserve and that life in general will treat you well for ever - or as close to that as any can expect.
